Josh Goyne, Chief Operating Officer, oversees the day-to-day operations of Urban InfraConstruction, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in our projects
Josh has served in a wide range of roles in the heavy civil construction industry for nearly 25 years. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a Civil Engineering degree in 2000, he went on to complete his Master of Business degree in 2010 to further shape his abilities to help lead the business from both the tactical and strategic levels. Josh has led projects across construction sectors including renewable energy, heavy highway, federal, airport infrastructure and heavy/light rail with a focus on understanding clients’ expectations and delivering results through a relentless pursuit of operational excellence.
